Install from Microsoft Store, then use Microsoft or Google sign-in inside NurViewer. You need one supported sign-in option, not both.

NurViewer uses these providers to verify your identity. Do not create a separate NurViewer password or send a password to support.
Use an existing Google account, or register with Google. Your network must be able to reach the provider’s sign-in service.

Check the account in the app before paying.
The account used by Microsoft Store to install an app can differ from the account signed into NurViewer. The paid licence belongs to the NurViewer account that started the purchase. After paying, return to that same account and refresh its licence. Do not assume switching sign-in provider moves a purchase automatically.
