NurViewer purchase and licence help

First Windows release

The first public Windows release is in preparation. NurViewer is planned as a free Microsoft Store installation. Standard Lifetime and Pro Lifetime are one-time paid licences offered through the NURSOVA website and processed by Paddle when the release is available. These plans do not auto-renew. The planned Cloud tier is not currently sold.

After a purchase

Sign in to the NurViewer account used to start the purchase and use “Refresh licence after purchase” in the application. The server must verify the Paddle transaction before it issues a signed licence. If a completed purchase does not appear, contact support@nursova.com with a safe transaction reference; do not send card details or licence tokens.

Manage payment information

Use the links in your Paddle receipt for payment documents and purchase support. A Standard-to-Pro upgrade is only offered when an explicit upgrade price and policy are available; an existing Standard owner should not be charged the full Pro price as an assumed upgrade.
