SovaStream Terms of Use
Terms for the invitation-only SovaStream pilot and its organizational training materials.
SovaStream is a NURSOVA LLC product in pilot development. By using an invited pilot account, you agree to use the service for lawful organizational training and to follow the pilot conditions communicated to your organization.
1. Access and organization
Access is by invitation or other authorization from NURSOVA and the participating organization. Keep your identity-provider account and devices secure. An organization may determine which members receive access to its materials. SovaStream access does not include a SovaSpace subscription or NurViewer licence.
2. Your materials
You or your organization retain rights to materials you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and share them with the intended members. You grant NURSOVA the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up and deliver those materials for the pilot. Do not upload unlawful content or material for which the pilot's agreed protections are insufficient.
3. Pilot status
Features, capacity, availability, storage location and support arrangements are defined by the applicable pilot invitation. The public website does not offer a paid plan or guarantee a release date. Pilot features can change while under development. Unless separately agreed in writing, the pilot does not include a service-level commitment.
4. Protected delivery
Account controls and supported encryption measures reduce unauthorized access; they cannot prevent all copying by an authorized viewer. Keep independent source copies of important materials. An upload, storage quota or pilot backup is not a substitute for your own retention plan.
5. Appropriate use and changes
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or violate others' rights. NURSOVA may suspend access when reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a material breach. We may update these terms with a new effective date and communicate material changes as appropriate.
6. Privacy and requests
