SovaStream Privacy Policy
Product-specific information about SovaStream accounts, training materials and website visits.
SovaStream is an invitation-only organizational training product in pilot development from NURSOVA LLC (“NURSOVA”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to the SovaStream website and any SovaStream pilot account or content processed by the service. SovaSpace and NurViewer have separate policies.
1. Information we receive
When sign-in is enabled and you use Google or Microsoft, we may receive your provider-specific identifier, email address, email verification information, display name and basic profile information needed to establish an account. We do not receive your provider password. The current SovaStream OAuth setup is for sign-in; it does not request Google Drive or Microsoft file access.
In a pilot, we may process organization and membership details, the training files you or your organization choose to upload, file names and metadata, assignments, progress and support correspondence where those features are enabled. We also process service logs and network/security information needed to operate and protect accounts.
2. How we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, operate an authorized organization pilot, store and deliver materials, enforce access and storage limits, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service. We do not sell private training content or use it for behavioral advertising.
3. Hosting and providers
The current trial service uses NURSOVA-managed infrastructure hosted in South Korea and Cloudflare for network delivery and the public website. Google and Microsoft process sign-in when selected. A future pilot may use a different or customer-controlled storage provider only under the arrangement communicated to that organization. Do not assume that a future object-storage option is active in your current pilot.
4. Website analytics
Our public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and basic page performance. Cloudflare processes related request and performance data under its own terms. The analytics beacon is separate from SovaStream account sign-in and is not a training-progress tracker.
5. Security and content limits
We use access restrictions and operational safeguards appropriate to the pilot. Some encrypted media workflows are still under development. No system can guarantee that authorized viewing cannot be copied, and we do not describe the current pilot as zero-knowledge storage. Do not upload highly sensitive or regulated materials until the applicable controls and data arrangement have been agreed in writing.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain pilot account and content data while needed to provide the pilot and for a reasonable period afterward to complete deletion, resolve support or security issues and meet legal obligations. Backups and provider logs may roll off on a separate schedule. You may request account deletion through the SovaStream account-deletion page; some security, legal or contractual records may need to be retained. A request for one SovaStream account does not delete a separate SovaSpace or NurViewer account.
7. Your organization and your choices
If an organization invited you, it may control your membership, training assignments and access to its materials. Contact your organization about its own records. For a NURSOVA account, access, correction or deletion request, contact legal@nursova.com. We may verify your identity before acting.
8. Children and changes
SovaStream is intended for organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We will update this page when the service or its data practices change and identify the effective version here.
