A dedicated PocketBase service, private trial-file storage and Google/Microsoft OAuth provider registrations are prepared. Customer-facing sign-in and tenant authorization remain disabled until the application is ready.

The pilot is being built around private delivery of training media and documents, with organization-specific access controls.
In development
Organization membership, protected upload and playback, document workflows, course assignment and progress records are being designed and integrated. Availability is confirmed in each pilot invitation.
Future options
Separate customer instances and optional customer-controlled object storage are architecture goals, not promises of currently available self-service features.
Protection has practical limits
Access controls and encryption can reduce unauthorized access to stored or delivered material. They cannot prevent someone who is allowed to view content from recording a screen or camera. Organizations should assess their own content and retention requirements before a pilot.
