Before you begin
SovaSpace requires a supported Windows or Android device, a Google account, available device storage and available Google Drive quota. A network connection is required for initial sign-in, authorization and device setup.
Sign in and connect Google Drive
- Open SovaSpace and choose Google sign-in.
Use the Google account whose Drive should hold your encrypted SovaSpace objects. - Review the requested access.
SovaSpace uses its Drive authorization for files it creates and does not need to browse unrelated personal Drive content. - Complete trusted-device setup.
Give the device a recognizable name when prompted so it can be identified later. - Wait for the storage status.
Do not assume “online” means Drive is authorized; the storage card reports those states separately.
Create the first Entry
Choose New Entry, add a title or content, then save. Creating the first Entry starts the 7-day trial and counts toward its limit of 14 active Entries. Items in Trash are not presented as a way to extend that limit.
An Entry can combine formatted writing, tags, links and supported attachments. Standard Space is the normal daily workspace; Secret Spaces are optional and should be configured only after the basic workflow is understood.
Add files and media
Attach a supported document, image, audio or video file from the Entry interface. SovaSpace prepares and encrypts persistent objects locally before cloud upload. Large transfers can continue through durable tasks; leave enough local and Drive space for both encrypted copies and temporary processing.
Opening a file locally does not mean every format can be edited. Format and codec support varies by platform, file and installed operating-system capability.
