Business model
Finite plans make the service period clear.
SovaSpace does not sell lifetime access. Security maintenance, platform compatibility, support and service infrastructure continue for as long as the product continues.
The principle
For SovaSpace, a one-time payment would not match continuing obligations for security maintenance, platform compatibility, support and service infrastructure. Finite subscription periods define the service term and the corresponding commitment.
Why SovaSpace has continuing costs
- Security review and dependency maintenance
- Compatibility work across Windows, Android and future Apple platforms
- Account, device and sync-control infrastructure
- Billing verification, store integrations and fraud handling
- Support, documentation and recovery tooling
What this does not mean
A subscription is not a claim of ownership over your content. Your Entries and attachments remain yours. SovaSpace is designed so lapsed entitlement does not intentionally block viewing, export or sync of existing work solely because payment ended.
What is offered today?
SovaSpace presents monthly and annual subscriptions through supported purchase channels, and three-year and ten-year terms through checkout on this site. The longer terms are a single payment for a defined period rather than an auto-renewing subscription: nothing is charged again, and notice is given before the term ends. A defined term is what makes the commitment measurable, which “lifetime” never is.
Finite terms. Clear obligations.
The current app presents the plans available through its applicable billing channel. Review renewal, cancellation and refund handling before subscribing.
